Return Policy

1.  Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your order, you should do so within 24 hours, after the order has been placed.

If the parcel is already on its way to you, please log a return via info@ufosa.co.za, or contact us on 011 444 8552 within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

2.  Returns

A return should be logged within 14 days of the delivery date.

How to log a return:

  • A return can be logged on info@ufosa.co.za, or contact us on 011 444 8552  The following information should be included:
  1. Order number
  2. Product
  3. A reason for the return, or exhange.

 

Return Criteria

  • Returns should be logged within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The product is in the same condition as you received it
  • The product has not been altered or washed
  • The product is in its original packaging (footwear must be in its box)

 

Return Procedure within 14 days

  • After the return is logged, we will send you an email to confirm that our courier partners will be in contact with you to arrange the collection of the return.
  • It can take up to 7 working days for the parcel to be delivered back to United Fashion Outlets.
  • Once the parcel has been delivered back to United Fashion Outlets, the parcel will be inspected and processed.
  • Once the product has been processed, UFO will exhange the product for you and courier it back to you.

 

Refund Procedure within 14 days

  • After the return is logged, we will send you an email to confirm that our courier partners will be in contact with you to arrange the collection of the return.
  • It can take up to 7 working days for the parcel to be delivered back to United Fashion Outlets.
  • Once the parcel has been delivered back to United Fashion Outlets, the parcel will be inspected and processed.
  • Once the product has been processed, UFO will transfer the funds back into your account.
  • The refund can take up to 7 working days to reflect depending on the method of refund and banking institution.

 

Return after 14 days

Should you wish to return a product after 14 days, please contact us on info@ufosa.co.za or on 011 444 8552.

 

Lost parcels

  • In the event that a parcel is declared missing, should stock be available, a replacement order will be sent to the customer via the original intended delivery method.
  • If stock is not available, the order (rand value) plus any delivery fees will be refunded.
  • UFO will contact the customer in both cases to advise possible delays and / or refunds.
